English Tea for Two Baby Shower Stationery at the Four Seasons Baltimore

Hosting one baby shower is always special, but planning two at once made this celebration even more meaningful. Maggie and Kim, two sisters-in-law, were both honored with an English Tea for Two baby shower at the Four Seasons Baltimore. The theme drew inspiration from timeless tea traditions and wove in personal touches that reflected their lives!

Custom Baby Shower Stationery

For this baby shower, I created custom stationery that set the tone for the day. Letterpressed menus were die cut in the sweetest onesie shape, which instantly delighted guests as they sat down at their tables. Each piece had a soft blush color palette that tied beautifully with the florals. I loved how the menus balanced elegance with a playful nod to the occasion. Place cards were also designed in the same die cut shape, keeping everything cohesive.

Linen Signs with a Soft Touch

The signage for this baby shower was made with linen, which added a lovely tactile element. From the welcome sign to the bar signage, the fabric backdrop softened the overall look of the event. Guests immediately commented on how warm and inviting the entrance display felt, especially paired with woven baskets of fresh blooms!

A Toile Design Full of Personal Details

One of my favorite parts of this project was the custom toile pattern. It included tea accoutrements, a nod to the English tea theme, along with Maggie and Kim’s beloved dogs, scenes of Baltimore, and other meaningful illustrations. The pattern was subtle in its pale pink color, yet it carried so much personality. Seeing guests pause to notice little details in the toile was such a highlight!

The Venue and Overall Feel

The Four Seasons Baltimore offered the perfect setting for this baby shower. Natural light filled the space, and the soft pink and ivory palette made everything feel airy and refined. The combination of elegant florals, layered textures, and thoughtful stationery created a look that felt elevated yet heartfelt. Guests sipped lemonade from a custom “Freshly Squeezed” bar and enjoyed a menu designed to feel both light and indulgent.
