My Favorite Fall Wedding Stationery

When I think about fall wedding stationery, I immediately picture rich textures, layered colors, and small details that bring warmth to the day. I’ve had the joy of designing for couples who wanted their paper goods to feel as thoughtful as the rest of their celebration. Here are a few favorite examples that show how versatile autumn stationery can be!

pear table numbers

At one wedding, pears became the perfect canvas for hand-painted table numbers. The fruit sat among candlelight and seasonal décor, giving each table a natural, earthy touch. Guests loved the unexpected detail, and it felt so fitting for a fall gathering!

die-cut dog escorts + plaid accents

Another couple wanted to include their dog in the celebration. We created die-cut dog escort cards that greeted guests with a playful “sit and stay” message. To tie everything together, a custom plaid blanket was layered into the display. The same plaid pattern also appeared in their menu design and invitation liner, which made the entire suite feel cohesive!

floral escort displays

For a more homey take, I designed an escort card display that used potted plants and florals. Guests discovered their names tucked into arrangements of blooms and greenery, creating a moment that felt interactive and warm. It was almost like browsing through a welcoming garden, and it made the seating process feel more personal.

embossed menus with personalization

Menus are such a fun place to add personality. One design featured a pomegranate embossing on the cover, a subtle nod to fall harvest. To make them even more personal, ribbon meal indicators were added to each menu, doubling as place cards with guest names. This small detail made everyone feel individually thought of, which guests always appreciate!

Fall wedding stationery doesn’t have to look the same across every event. Pears, plaid, florals, embossing, and seasonal fruits all show how creative you can be with design. Each wedding is unique, but the unifying thread is warmth and intention.
