Gucci Inspired Custom Wedding Menus for a Bold and Elevated Tablescape

I loved creating these custom wedding menus because they brought such a fun and elevated touch to the table! Since the couple wanted something that felt both stylish and personal, I leaned into rich patterns and earthy tones that reminded me of vintage Gucci prints. The menus sat on soft yellow plates that warmed up the entire tablescape.

I paired the patterned fronts with a subtle color coded system that indicated each meal choice. This little detail made the service flow so smoothly, and guests loved how thoughtful it felt. While the colors did the work of signaling the meal selections, the menus still read as art pieces on their own. That balance is always something I pay attention to. It keeps everything functional while staying true to the couple’s vision.

How These Menus Came Together

I used engraved wood pendants for the place cards, and they added such a sweet personal moment for every guest. It turned the place setting into a small keepsake that felt special and intentional. I love when guests notice those tiny touches.

I tied each menu with suede cord to bring everything together. The texture of the suede sat beautifully against the botanical patterns, and once the florals were placed, the whole table felt complete. The candles flickered through the patterned glasses, and the colors from the menus pulled in tones from the centerpieces in the softest way. Since the venue already had such an earthy and artistic atmosphere, the stationery only added to that calm and romantic vibe.

Why Custom Wedding Menus Matter

Custom wedding menus truly set the tone for a dinner experience. They guide your guests, elevate your tablescape, show your personality, and help your full design story come alive. Since guests spend a good amount of time seated during dinner, they notice every detail. This is why it felt so important to give them something tactile, textured, and meaningful.

When I design pieces like this, I always think about how they photograph too. The patterned menus photographed beautifully at every angle, and the suede ties moved softly whenever guests picked them up.
