A Unique Escort Table Filled With Plants at Rawlings Conservatory
When couples picture their wedding details, they often imagine something personal and unexpected, so a unique escort table can feel like such a fun way to welcome guests. This plant focused design at Rawlings Conservatory created the dreamiest moment right as everyone entered the reception. As soon as I stepped into the space, I knew this idea would come to life perfectly because the venue already felt lush and vibrant.
Why We Chose a Plant Filled Unique Escort Table
While planning this detail, I wanted to design something that blended naturally with the conservatory surroundings. Since Rawlings Conservatory has so many tropical textures, the escort table needed to feel like it belonged there. Because of that, we chose layers of real moss, ferns, orchids, and potted greenery to build a scene that felt like it grew right out of the table.
How the Bottle and Vase Lettering Came Together
For this unique escort table, each bottle and vase served as a table assignment. I hand lettered every name in crisp white ink, and the glass caught the sunlight in the prettiest way. Since the vases came in different shapes and sizes, they added a collected feel that paired beautifully with the plants.
While styling the layout, I tucked the glass pieces into the moss so they felt anchored in the landscape. The plants added height and movement, so the entire table looked alive. Because everything felt natural and soft, the lettering ended up standing out even more.
The Magic of Rawlings Conservatory
Rawlings Conservatory already has this warm glow, so placing a unique escort table inside the gardens made the whole moment feel whimsical. Since the sunlight filtered through the glass walls, the shadows from the plants danced over the moss. As a designer, details like that make my heart happy. Everything just fell into place so smoothly!!
